JohnnyLikesTraining is an iOS app for ultrarunners following structured training plans for 50K to 100-mile races. It imports completed activities from Strava and automatically matches them to prescribed workouts, giving you a plan-vs-actual comparison for distance, pace, and time. Combined with Oura Ring recovery data, you see training load and readiness in one place, so you know when to push and when to rest.
